The new Directory has been printed and is being distributed by the block leaders. I ask each of you to validate the data in the directory and if an error is discovered please email me the change that I need to make.

REAL ESTATE REPORT:
Locally the real estate market is still improving gradually with pending sales up 3% overall for the month of April. Although there is not yet an indication of appreciation in prices, for the most part prices are stable. Interest rates are still fantastic hovering around slightly under 4%.
Again, the best way to protect our property values is to keep our homes in good repair as well as maintaining a neat yard and working together to keep our neighborhood desirable. I believe we live in a special neighborhood. Let’s all keep it that way!
