Communications

Traditional:
There are two methods of communications; one is the United States Mail Service and the other is the Neighborhood Drop-box. The Board of Governors uses the mailing address listed in the Directory to communicate with the homeowner and the homeowner may communicate with the Board of Governors as follows:

2. Drop-box: The Drop-box is located at 104 Westlake Drive near the club house.

Email:
The Board maintains a Distribution List of Homeowners that is used to email to homeowners s, Newsgrams. The homeowners may email the Board using the email address millcreekplacems@gmail.com

Any homeowner who wishes not to receive these emails should ask to be removed from the distribution list.

Gazette (Blog):
The blog consists of two parts one is posts to which homeowners can make comments and the other is polls in which the homeowner can vote their preference. The homeowner can identify himself or be anonymous when making comments.  The homeowners may access the Gazette at millcreekplacems.blogspot.com.

Directory:
The directory is printed and distributed each year and it provides such information as primary phone number, primary email address (the first one listed is the primary). The primary email address is the one used for accounting to send invoices and statements if the homeowner has an email address; otherwise they are printed and distributed.

Membership

The Millcreek Place Maintenance Fund is a member of the Federation of Reservoir Homeowners Association and our neighbor Jim Cooper servers as an officer.
